All clay is fresh soft and ready to use. I ship clay by USPS Priority flat rate for fastest cost effective shipping. Therefor I can ship 1 to 15 bars of clay for the same low shipping cost.

If you choose not to contact me I will refund any overages in shipping cost. It is never my intent to make money on shipping.

Shipping priority is my best attempt to ship and avoid issues caused by "Mother Nature"
I can not be responsible for "Mother Nature". Clay issues caused from freezing or extreme heat.

Payments

I prefer payment via Etsy's Direct Checkout orPayPal.

PayPal is a third party credit card processor that keeps all of your transaction information secure. You do *not* need your own PayPal account to use the service.

Shipping from United States

I will ship within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise noted on the listing) of receiving cleared payment, to the address on file with Etsy and/or PayPal. You assume all responsibility to verifying that the ship to address is correct.

You will be given expected ship times for special and custom orders.

NOTE about returned packages.

I do what I can to verify I am shipping to a correct address. However, if a package is returned to me for an incorrect address, missing information, or undeliverable, not of my error. I will contact you to figure out how to proceed. You will have the option to have me reship to a corrected address at your expense or I will gladly refund you for the item(s) purchased less shipping fees.

Shipping Cost Errors.

Unfortunately, when ordering multiple items Etsy calculator will often overcharge in shipping. Please know I will always do my best to keep your shipping cost down.

SHIPPING OVERCHARGES and combined shipping..... If you are overcharged.
I will automatically refund you any overages.

SHIPPING SHORT CHARGED on shipping... On very rare occasions Etsy will error and under charge on shipping. I reserve the right to contact you regarding this. You can then choose to pay the additional shipping cost or we can agree to cancel the order. Again this is very rarely less than .001% of sales I'm not sure why but it has happened, and that why I mention it.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

Shipping for most international order is charged by weight ranges 1-8 oz, or 9 oz to 2 lbs. 2 - 3 lbs etc.

I will contact you to let you know where your orderlies and if ask you would like to add to your order if it stays within the range you have paid for I will combine orders and ship at no additional charge. My goal is to help you to get the most product for your shipping dollars.

Within the United States, I usually ship via USPS First Class or Priority, with packages generally arriving within 2-10 days. This allows for tracking. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to you no need to request one.

International orders are usually shipped via First Class International Mail, with packages generally arriving within 5-50 days. If you need your item more quickly or prefer another shipping method, please let me know. Tracking numbers are provided but generally only shows it arriving at the port of exit. If your country tracks USPS you will get the tracking following to your delivery. Otherwise as stated my tracking will only track to the acceptance port of exit from the USA.

Claims of Lost or undelivered packages.
International order require a waiting period of 40 days
US orders require a waiting period of 20 days.
You must complete the paperwork within the time specified or you will forfeit your claim.

Delivery Confirmation: Included on shipments to Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland. This list is subject to change.

Customs forms for international shipments will be marked with the purchase price of the item. Buyers are responsible for any duties, tariffs, or delivery surcharges assessed by their countries. I have no way of knowing if or how much each country will access. However, with that said most of my items are low enough in cost that this has not been an issue.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. In the event, you are charged for customs and you choose not to receive or pick up your order you forfeit your rights for any refund if the package is not returned to me. If it is you may request a refund of the product only, not shipping. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Also, please note that if I know your country restricts a particular item, I will be unable to ship it to you. But note I am not firmiliar with item restrictions of different countries it is your responsibility to verify if you can purchase and recieve the items you are ordering. If there is an issue it will be your responsilbity.

Signature confirmation may be required if your total order is $150 or more. It may also be required under other circumstances. If a signature will be required, I will let you know at the time of shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

I take great pride in my shop and I do the best I can to take accurate photos and give good and accurate descriptions, as noted colors may vary from computer to computer so you actual items may look different.

Returns & Refunds:

Refunds & Returns accepted ONLY if the item is not as advertised.

Request for Refund or Returns MUST be made within 3 days of receipt. NO exceptions. The item must be returned in the condition in which it was received, within 7 days.

Problems with Clay is included in this policy. It is your responsibility to be sure it has arrived in good condition. Since clay can be affected by temperatures in shipping as well as how it is stored and handled once it arrives to you.

Returns and Refunds on item(s) that are received too late for your use are not accepted. If the said order was shipped in the agreed timing. I have no control over the actual shipping time, once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

Refunds are good for purchase price only.
Shipping & handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer and returns should be insured. If a buyer fails to notify seller within 3 days of item defect, damage, or discrepancy all refunds and returns are automatically void.

LOST or Damaged items:

If an item is damaged in transit.
Please take a photo of the items and the packaging and contact me right away please include a photo. Please keep the box and packing materials.

If a claim needs to be made you must agree to complete the paperwork in the specified time or you will forfeit your claim.

There are NO RETURNS/REFUNDS on any custom orders. No exception.
